Our approach

We are working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a development target, not a certification of full conformance. The interface uses native buttons and form controls, associated labels, keyboard focus indicators, a skip link, linked form errors, readable contrast, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens.

Images and documents

The current interface uses text, CSS illustrations, and decorative icons rather than informational photographs. Decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology where adjacent text conveys their meaning. Any future meaningful image needs equivalent alternative text. User-uploaded PDF résumés may not be accessible; request an accessible version from the sender if necessary.

Full assistive-technology testing and independent accessibility review remain part of launch preparation.
